Monday Momentum: Week 2 is the fork.
But first — the fuel that gets you there.
Friday and Sunday on the bike. Same trail, two days, two personal bests. Not chasing the clock — just present enough to find it twice. And in between, a run along the shore with A. Salt air, no agenda, the kind of conversation that doesn’t need to go anywhere to land somewhere.
That’s the energy I’m carrying into this week. And this week needs it.
I need to know how much a key collaborator can commit to our main build right now. Not optimistically. Actually. Because if they’re pulled elsewhere, we have three paths: I go solo, we pause, or we find who can carry it while they focus where they need to. That conversation happens early — because waiting until Thursday is waiting until the moment the decision was already made.
In parallel, I’m testing a rule: scale shows before scale scales. Fab Campaigns needs something tangible by Thursday — either the forests code, or visibility on the AI governance piece institutions have started asking about. The choice doesn’t matter. The signal does.
On the Alps side, the substrate builds quietly. Pilots live. The incubator takes shape. Slow work — but not separate work. It’s the foundation under everything else.
And there’s a physical checkpoint. My shoulder has been a maybe since last year. If I’m climbing this weekend, it stops being maybe. Surgery or management — decided by Thursday, not deferred into the wall.
The pattern isn’t about doing more. It’s about choosing clearly, moving together where we move, and staying present where we pause.
By Thursday: commitment clarity, one visible signal, one decision made, one weekend ready.
The woodland’s waiting.
