Now

What I’m focused on right now. Updated monthly.
Last update: April 2026. Winchester, UK.

Practising

Fab Campaigns is my advisory practice and the platform through which the partnership methodology gets applied. Fractional leadership, embedded with teams. The frameworks I’ve built — Partnership Stage Gate, FabCube governance, Information Classification Protocol — are now being shaped into scalable assets for licensing across sectors and geographies. UK-based, with active advisory conversations spanning UK, Italy, Scandinavia, and Africa.

Currently scoping two new UK advisory engagements alongside the ongoing Italian territorial work.

Building

Smart Mountains is entering its seeding phase — summer 2026. Environmental intelligence infrastructure for Alpine territories. This is where the frameworks get stress-tested against operational reality: governance, cap table, investor relations, territorial stakeholder management — all built on the same methodology I apply with clients.

Imprese Favolose — the Alpine climate tech incubator I’m co-developing with Centro Consorzi in Belluno — is moving from framework to first cohort. One of several territorial partnerships, not the only one.

Writing

One post per week, every Monday. Monday Momentum: intentions declared before the week takes over. Occasionally a Friday Field Note when something from the trail or the crag demands reflection before Monday.

The Ideas series — longer essays on partnerships, ethics, and technology — publishes when the question is big enough. Two published so far. More brewing.

Moving

Climbing: 6c onsight, 7a+ redpoint. Targeting 7b onsight by end of year. Regular sessions at the crag with friends. Coaching three daughters who are getting worryingly good.

Ski touring season just closed. Mountain biking picking up. Fab Rides community active around Winchester and planning summer rides in the Dolomites and Valtellina.

Training for no specific race. Training because the mountains don’t care about your schedule.

Exploring

Actively evaluating board-level and NED positions across UK and Italy. The decision framework extends beyond compensation — legacy, territorial impact, alignment between contribution and purpose. Pipeline active through Nurole and Institute of Directors.

The possibility of returning to the Dolomites and Veneto to contribute to business ecosystem transformation at scale remains the most compelling proposition on the table.

If we haven’t spoken in a while, this is the fastest way to know where I am.
