Monday Momentum — Week of 18 May 2026
Hard weeks behind. Family and work both. The body is telling me where I am: social running, volume on the wall, MTB segments creeping toward old times, spine still loud. Same signal in the work. Things are lifting at the end of the valley, but only if I read it right and stop treating noise as signal.
This week, the work is about subtraction.
Fab Campaigns. The product portfolio and 12-week roadmap are finished. I’m not yet convinced all six frameworks will land equally, so I’m narrowing. A subset goes deep this quarter: sharpened, productised, and first deployments under the Licensed Partner Programme. The frameworks have served my projects. Now they need to serve the people I train and grow. That’s the real test.
Imprese Favolose. Momentum is building. CC as anchor, and June will open conversations with a few territorial Dolomites foundations about widening the institutional base, with one foundation each in Padua and Venice likely to be drawn in as well. Same intent across all of them: keep talent local, build innovation infrastructure where it’s needed most. One of several territorial partnerships, not the only one. This week: prepare the ground, don’t rush the structure.
London and the Dolomites. Both moved last week. Both keep moving this week. The weekend brought noise; I’m leaving it on the weekend.
The principle holding this week: Presence Over Performance. Less doing, sharper doing. The lift is there if I stop sprinting past it.
Onwards,
Fabrizio
